It comes with filament in many colors and like a 3-D printer captured in a pen, you can create words, shapes, and lines that are all raised, all 3-D. For me, this means I can outline items on a painting or collage. I can build up items and attach with mod podge, I can play with lines!

That's fantastic. And it's super fun....and no one can figure out how I did it.

Really great for an artist. In fact, you can use in any kind of mixed media works, bookbinding, even on furniture I paint.

It's a no brainer to use it...as easy as using a hot glue gun.

I LOVE this set! After using "The Write Dudes" Gel pens, these just blew my mind away. Now, I'm not saying that there's anything wrong with Write Dudes... if you're on a budget. These Sakura Gel Pens really pack a punch when it comes to their effects. For example, the metallic is VERY metallic, and the stardust (glitter) are shimmering like the little stars they are. Again, compared to other brands that I used, these didn't lose their shimmer/luster effects over time; they kept their quality so far and I love that!
I use these babies with copic markers. So to anyone wondering are they good with copic? YES THEY ARE! They're good with any markers really. The clear stardust gel went over the marker and made it shimmer without causing the copic ink to change color or lose any shading I did. I also used them on Bic and Infinity pens and sakura gel pens still kept their quality. The white and black are very handy when outlining and doing the shades in eyes and other areas where you need gel to cover over markers. Sakura-- no, Japan-- you've done us a great favor by creating these gel pens. I salute you. Take these 5 stars!

P.S: there has to be some kind of sorcery when it comes to the gold and silver shadow pens. You draw in color, but it reflects back either gold or silver! Wow....Just wow.

TL;DR: If you're going to complain about price, try other brands first then try these gel-pens! The quality is too amazing to look at price! They work well with copics (and other markers), they don't lose their special effects (ie glitter and metallic) over time and come in more colors compared to other brands that also sell metallic, glitter and neon pens. My suggestion is that you stop looking for gel pens beyond this brand and just use them already. They won't be a waste of your money.

I have ordered this with Super Saver Shipping, and the order reached my house within three business days in perfect shape.

The box include 5 main types of pens:
- Classic which is a classic gel pen in various colours and 2 tip sizes (.6 and .8). If you seek a pen for writing and you are looking for variety of nice colour. This is a pen for you.

- Moonlight: A pen that can be written on practically every texture and color. The greatest reward of using this is you can write on plastic or glass and the ink can still hold. You can also write it on dark paper and you can still red and see the color brightly. They don't call it Moonlight for no reason!

- Metallic: If you are a big car fan and you know what Metallic color for a car looks like, that's the color. I don't have much comment on this, but it would be a great tool if you like painting. I use pens mainly to write, and this may not be the best choice for writing.

- Stardust: This is simply a water color pen with glitter. The ink sparkles and it looks very nice when you want to circle or underline some key words when you read. It is also great for coloring to add some "real" star to the sky!

- Gold/Silver: These are two last categories for this box set. It is simply a metallic with border. If you write on a white paper, you will be able to see a silver/gold line with a colored border.

EVERY pen in my box works and it is still working perfectly.

One word of caution though, if you are using it for just lecturing or something that does not include painting, I would not suggest that you buy this as it may be a bit waste (You rarely use Metallic unless you are painting. The ink of Metallic is thick and takes quite a time to dry, so it is not an ideal pen for writing).
